Battling it out against the region’s leading agencies, independent GCC Agency W7Worldwide scooped up the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) Best Energy & Natural Resources Campaign and Best Media Campaign Awards.

The coveted MEPRA Awards saw over 80 agencies and in-house communication teams compete, with W7Worldwide shortlisted for a record 17 of the 53 award categories.

The double award win proves W7Worldwide’s growing prominence and success in establishing its leading position in the region as an exemplary local communications agency of international standard with global outreach.

MEPRA is regarded as one of the most influential PR and Communications awards in the Middle East, with the level of entries excelling each year, reflecting the rapid professional development of the sector.

“To be awarded the prestigious MEPRA Awards in two categories is testament to our team’s high level of skills, creativity and knowledge.” says Abdullah Inayat, Co-Founder and Director of W7Worldwide. “From the outset, we have always aimed to contribute to the growth and professionalism in our industry in the region with thought leadership and nurturing homegrown talent, which makes this dual win and endorsement from MEPRA all the more significant for us.”

Founded in 2001, MEPRA is a self-governing non-profit member association, established to set world-class standards for the public relations and communication industry in the Middle East.

With over 300 in-house, agency and individual members, MEPRA is the voice of the public relations industry committed to setting standards of excellence.

W7Worldwide entered the awards to seek industry recognition of its ongoing work and commitment to elevate the PR and Communications profession in the region and to showcase their talent as one of Saudi Arabia’s and the GCC’s leading independent agencies.
